Balance is a first-of-its-kind personalized meditation program designed to adapt to each user's individual needs and goals. Unlike static meditation libraries, Balance acts as a digital coach by asking daily questions and assembling guided sessions from a vast audio library to create a truly bespoke mindfulness experience.

In the crowded wellness market, many meditation apps offer a "one-size-fits-all" approach that fails to keep users engaged. The goal was to build a system that moves beyond a simple play-pause library and instead fosters long-term mental health habits through concrete skill-building and deep personalization.
