Doctronic is a private and personalized AI doctor service designed to provide fast, high-quality, and HIPAA-compliant health consultations. Acting as a "smart front line" for healthcare, the platform allows users to explore symptoms, receive instant AI-driven assessments, and, if needed, connect with licensed U.S. physicians for diagnosis and treatment plans.

The Challenge

Accessing primary care can often involve long wait times and high costs. The objective for Doctronic was to create an AI-native system that could conduct structured clinical interviews, mirroring a human doctor's reasoning process, to provide accurate medical guidance 24/7.

Our Solution & Technical Approach

Weapplinse Technologies engineered a sophisticated healthcare AI platform using a robust technical framework:

• AI/ML Integration: Utilized Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to build a proprietary chatbot capable of understanding complex health patterns and medical jargon.

• Proprietary Multi-Agent System: Developed a cloud-native system with over 100 LLM-powered agents, each performing specific clinical roles like history taking and differential diagnosis.

• Secure Backend: Built using PHP and MySQL to manage sensitive patient data with bank-level security and full HIPAA compliance.

• Video Consultation Engine: Integrated a seamless video-visit feature allowing users to transition from an AI chat to a live call with a board-certified doctor in all 50 states.

• Structured Documentation: The system automatically generates professional SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) that can be shared directly with external healthcare providers.
