The Challenge

Grassroots sports and community groups often suffer from "admin overload," relying on disconnected tools like spreadsheets for attendance and multiple messaging apps for communication. The goal for Spond was to create a "judgment-free," ad-free, and cost-effective digital hub that automates repetitive tasks—such as chasing RSVPs and collecting subs—allowing volunteers to focus more on coaching and less on paperwork.
