When I Work is a comprehensive workforce management platform designed to reduce the "chaos" of traditional scheduling for hourly teams. Weapplinse developed this solution to give managers and employees a flexible, mobile-first environment for managing shifts, tracking hours, and communicating instantly—all in one place.
The Challenge
Managing shift-based teams often involves a tedious back-and-forth of emails, texts, and paper calendars, which leads to scheduling conflicts and double bookings. The goal was to eliminate these inefficiencies by providing a centralized digital platform that automates shift filling, tracks attendance in real-time, and reduces high labor costs caused by unmanaged overtime.
